GIMP is a useful open source graphic tool. It is free yet powerful, especially when used to create web graphics.

Joomla has been a good tool for creating a professional website, ranging from hobby site to business site, or even blogging site. So, you decided to use Joomla as the CMS (content management system) for you website. You’ve been working on it for a while, you have some good content, but something is still missing… cool graphics!
